After 16 years in academia leading the latest applied research in maternal mental health, body image and wellbeing,
I have moved beyond the university setting to focus on impact.
Powered by my deep research knowledge,
skills in design thinking, leadership, and education,
and my personal lived experience,
I am passionate about bringing transformative insights and experiences across the breadth of my work
in health promotion and prevention.
I now work across the Body Confident Collective, the not-for-profit research translation organisation that I co-founded;
and engage in consulting, mentoring, speaking, and writing in the areas of body confidence, motherhood, and making research matter.
