Mum life is hard- and once I became a mother, I realised that there is a lack of evidence-based resources that can help us to survive and thrive. So I created them.
The Navigating Pregnancy Loss Workbook and Postpartum Planner are built based on my experience, psychological theory, and known strategies for supporting matrescence.
Miscarriage is common, but there are so few resources to help mothers to process this loss, and emerge strong. This workbook is part planner, and part journal, based on my experience, and evidence-based approaches to promoting wellbeing. This resource is designed to be used at the time of miscarriage, and for the weeks and months beyond, to help women deal to rest and recover.
The fourth trimester, and postpartum year, are critical for your physical, and emotional recovery, and transition to motherhood. This workbook helps you to plan, reflect, and focus on you and your feelings throughout this time.
