Based on years of research, and evidence-based practice, we're creating an app that makes it more possible to engage in the sorts of things you know you need to do for your mental health and wellbeing. 

PREGNANCY LOSS 

It doesn't matter how common it is- pregnancy loss incurs deep and enduring grief.  There are so few resources to help mothers to process this loss, and emerge strong. When I couldn't find any, I created my own.

This workbook is part planner, and part journal, based on my experience, and evidence-based approaches to promoting wellbeing. This resource is designed to be used at the time of miscarriage, and for the weeks and months beyond, to help women deal to rest and recover.
